1. What type of accommodations do you offer?

We offer two exclusive-use cottages – The Pool House and Retro Ranch. These cottages can accommodate up to 10 guests in total.

2. How many guests can each accommodation type accommodate?

The Pool House can accommodate up to 6 guests. If you have 7 or more guests, you can also book the Retro Ranch to accommodate everyone.

3. Are there any minimum or maximum stay requirements?

For Sunday-Thursday stays, there is a 1-night minimum. For Friday-Saturday stays, there is a 2-night minimum.

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM.

5. Are pets allowed at the accommodations?

No, pets are not allowed.

6. What amenities and services do you offer?

We offer unlimited high-speed internet (200 MB/s) and a luxury cheese platter upon arrival.

7. What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Our cancellation and refund policies are the same as Airbnb’s. Please see the link here.

8. Can guests modify their reservation after booking?

Yes, guests can modify their reservation after booking.

9. Are there any age restrictions or requirements for guests?

There are no age restrictions. Please note that children and infants are also counted in the guest count.

11. What are the accepted payment methods for direct bookings?

We accept direct deposit payments with a $500 security deposit, which will be refunded within 2 days of checking out.

12. Can I get a discount for booking directly?

Yes, you can book directly with us and receive a 10% discount. The same terms and conditions apply as booking through Airbnb.
