Follow these five easy steps, and you’ll go from just engaged to just married without the stress.

1) Enquire & Book a Viewing

We’d love to show you our venue in person.

• Contact us with any questions
• Book a viewing to wander the grounds and chat about your vision

2) Explore Packages & Pricing

Before securing your date, take a moment to see what your day could look like.

• Use our Elopement Package Calculator to explore options and pricing
• Check our Inclusions so you know exactly what’s already taken care of
• Think about guest numbers, timing, and personal touches you’d like to add

3) Reserve Your Date

Once you’re happy with your package and vision, it’s time to lock it in.

• Check date availability
• Reach out to James & Skye via email — we’ll draft a contract for you to review
• Pay a 25% deposit to secure your date (final payment due two weeks before your wedding)
• You can change your date once for free up to 4 weeks prior
• We book up to 2 years ahead, and also welcome last-minute bookings if we have space

4) Build Your Dream Team

Bring in the people who’ll make your day unforgettable.

• Browse trusted locals in our Vendor Directory (book your celebrant and photographer early)
• Choose any extra suppliers you’d love to add — we’re DIY-friendly

Two weeks before your wedding, we’ll send you a final email confirming every detail.

• Review the Inclusions list so you know exactly what’s ready for you on the day
• Confirm your final guest numbers and any special requests
• Make your final payment (we’ll send a friendly reminder)
• Then relax — we’ll take care of the rest
